I want to remodel my kitchen. How do I get started?
Actually there are a couple of options. You can just come on in to get some ideas and talk to any of our team. We can start the process and guide you through the process. Or you can give us a call to make an appointment with one of our design team to visit your home. There is no charge for this service. Either way these are the two steps to start the process. As my dad used to say “whatever melts your butter” either way is fine with us.
What’s the next step?
O.K. Now you have met us and have seen what we have to offer. You should have some idea of what we can do for you. Hopefully, you have picked up on some ideas. It is good to have looked at some magazines, literature, granite, Quartz, etc. If we haven’t already, we will measure your project and put something together for you to look at for a design and cost estimate. If you like what you see, we can continue working with you after receiving a small deposit that will be applied to your purchase. Now we can continue working with any changes on designs, color, paints, timelines and so on.
What do you expect from Pyramid Stone?
Well, that depends on you. We are pretty easy to deal with. We are a full service company and can take care of your entire project in house. We can do as little as you want or as much as you want. That means if you have an electrician or a plumber that you like, by all means use them. We can do all of the project or just part of it. We find that most people prefer to deal with just one entity. It’s easier to deal with at just one person if something slips through the cracks. We do our best to make sure that doesn’t happen but sometimes things just happen.
How long does all this take?
Once all the decisions are made and everybody is happy we pull the trigger and start ordering everything you need for you project. We typically do not start on the project until all items are in house. That way we can start and keep working without having your house torn up very long. It depends on how big your project is. Once ordered, it take 4 to 6 weeks to get cabinets made and delivered. After cabinet installation we can usually template and install you counter tops in about 3 to 5 days. Any time after that depends on the scope of work. Every job is usually a little different.
Suppose I want to get my cabinets somewhere else, can I still get my countertops from you?
Yes you can. We will do as much as you want or as little as you want. We aim to please!
Are you open on Saturday?
Yes. We are open from 10 am to 2 pm on Saturday.
Do I need to make an appointment?
No you don’t have to but sometimes we are pretty busy. If you need to lock down some time it would be best to make an appointment.

Is Stone flooring easy to maintain?
Yes, all Natural Stone is easy to keep clean, once it is fully impregnated with correct penetrating sealer. On average, it may need resealing after 7-10 years, providing the stone was fully saturated on installation.

Ceramic tile flooring offers several advantages It is durable, moisture and stain resistant, easy to clean and maintain, hygienic-resistent to bacteria and allergens, available in an incredible choice of shapes, design, sizes and colors, and can be installed almost anywhere.
Will I notice seams in my granite countertops?
Yes, we are adjoining two most likely heavy pieces of stone that was once part of a mountain. Seam placement is an art and Pyramid Stone chooses all seams based on color, structural support and stone availability.
Will there be touch-up repair after the remodel?
We always try to oversize tops to cover old paint for remodels but in many circumstances there will be touch-up work needed to be done by the customer.
Can granite or marble stain?
Yes, but with proper care you can avoid stains. For spills, blot the area with a paper towel immediately. Don’t wipe the area, it will spread the spill. Flush the area with water and mild soap and rinse several times. Dry the area thoroughly with a soft cloth. Repeat as necessary.
Is there a retainer fee?
Yes, once a member of our design team has met with you at the showroom to discuss your project goals including a target budget and timeline, a retainer fee will be required by our company before we make a visit to your home to further the project along. The fee will depend upon the size of the job. This retainer fee will be applied towards your project’s budget once all details are finalized and approved to move to the ordering phase. We require this fee to cover the amount of time and personalized attention to all details put into making your project the best it can be and to your highest satisfaction with the final result.
